Just wanted to let you know that Gus (his old name) is doing great! Derek has named him Sir Cedric of Chessington with the nickname of Jack. Jack is quite the little guy -- happy and loves life! And he's not afraid of anything! It amazed me that he didn't do the "night time crying" thing during his first nights. Derek sure loves that puppy and spends a lot of time with him. It's been so good for him. I haven't heard any "I'm bored". Jack is not a passive pup and it's been good to see Derek develope some assertiveness with him -- something Derek was needing. I think God picked out the puppy for him.

Hi,
Stephanie of Carpenter Creek asked me to write a recommendation on her puppies.
My husband Mark and I are lovers of Goldens. Mark and I had two Goldens, Harley who was 13 and Daisy who is still a puppy at 2. We recently lost our 13 year old golden, Harley to cancer. Not only was Mark and I devastated, but Daisy as well. That’s when we decided to get a puppy for Daisy. We checked out many websites and loved Carpenter Creek. You could tell from the pictures that they genuinely loved their dogs and the puppies. The fact that they were handled by children from birth was also a big plus. Stephanie was a delight to talk to and very eager to answer all our questions.
When we received Bailey from Stephanie, he was well feed and clean. He has a sweet personality and loving nature. He was very easy to potty train and smart enough to actually learn some commands. Actually when we brought him home for the first time, my brother fell in love with him and wanted to take him home. Everyone who sees him tells us what a beautiful dog he is. We are very fortunate to have found Stephanie and Bailey and I would highly recommend all her puppies to anyone who is a lover of Goldens.

Sending a big THANKS for the delightful puppy we picked up on Sunday. He's such a love... he seems to be crazy about people, loves kids and is so well adjusted and a happy little guy. We're amazed at his confidence... he runs around with our older lab and two very active labs that live next door (and is only about an 1/8 of their size!) Yet when he's done, curls lovingly and very contentedly in our laps or rests at our feet. We love him!

I purchased a puppy from this wonderful family last October (male) his name is Archie and he is just a lovable beautiful puppy. He loves to play 24 hours a day, loves people and especially kids. He's just over 70 pounds right now and growing. He has such a beautiful soft coat on him, I get many compliments on what a beautiful dog his is. We live on a lake and are planning to teach him how to swim soon. He should love it, just like my first golden I had, he'll probable live in the water!! Anyone interested in purchasing a puppy from this family I highly recommend it. You will not be sorry.
